OUR OFFERINGS
-
A time-honored practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture uses fine, hair-thin needles to support the body’s natural ability to restore balance. Treatments are personalized to address underlying patterns, not just symptoms, helping to reduce tension, ease pain, and promote overall regulation.
Acupuncture may support stress and anxiety, sleep concerns, back and joint pain, sports injuries, hormonal balance, headaches and migraines, digestive issues, immune health, and cosmetic rejuvenation.
-
Therapeutic massage supports relaxation, circulation, and muscular balance through skilled, hands-on techniques. Sessions are tailored to your needs, whether focused on stress relief, recovery from injury, or addressing chronic tension.
Massage can help ease muscle tightness, reduce pain, improve mobility, support recovery, and promote overall physical and mental well-being.
-
Cupping therapy uses suction cups placed on the skin to increase circulation and gently decompress tight tissue. This technique helps release muscular tension and support the body’s natural recovery processes.
Cupping can help with back and shoulder pain, sports recovery, respiratory support, and general muscular tightness.
-
Ear seeding is a gentle, non-invasive technique that stimulates specific points on the ear to support balance within the body. Small seeds are applied with adhesive and remain in place for several days, offering continued subtle stimulation.
Often used to support stress management, sleep, cravings, hormonal balance, and overall regulation, ear seeding provides a simple, complementary addition to treatment.
-
Gua sha is a traditional technique that uses a smooth tool to gently stimulate the skin and underlying tissue. This method encourages circulation and helps release areas of stagnation and tension.
Often used for muscle tightness, inflammation, and recovery, gua sha can support mobility, pain relief, and overall tissue health.
-
Thai bodywork is a dynamic, mat-based practice that blends hands-on stretching, rhythmic compression, and guided movement to support flexibility and circulation. The practitioner remains in continuous contact throughout the session to move and support you. Sessions are performed fully clothed, so clients arrive in comfortable, stretchy clothing.
Often described as “passive yoga,” Thai bodywork can help improve mobility, release tension, reduce stress, and restore balance throughout the body.
